Excellent article. 🙏

THIS 🎯🎯🎯👉 "It seems like iodine is almost a taboo subject."

This may be a bit off topic but I have noticed science hides feedback loops which indicate deficiencies that lead to disease. They even go so far as to try and block these pathways. Lots of fear porn around them also. Vitamin A is one of these nutrients that gets a bad rap even in alternative medicine yet it is a huge key to preventing disease.

Up to 50% of people produce a less active form of the enzyme that converts beta carotene to vitamin A. Approx 9% of people are deficient in vitamin and and it is necessary to make immune cells. Pathogens like candida and EBV run rampant in people deficient in retinoids. EBV utilizes the vitamin A pathway to replicate and active vitamin A has been shown to completely block EBV from replicating but do you hear about this? It's all about what to not eat because when you're deficient in vitamin A you have to watch every bite you take or candida blooms, ebv flairs. Sometimes I wonder if even the natural health movement wants to reveal what ails people. So little talk about iodine, the thymus, its microenvironment and hormones.

Thanks for the awesome comment Heidi! I'm with you on the EBV problem. I got the Candida, the EBV (as far as I know, not going to go for testing...) . Real vitamin A and a protocol for Cosmic Death Fungus, some olive leaf extract, etc. I have kicked me back up to level of subnormal functioning, but hey, functioning is functioning! Subnormal is better than nothing!
